hmmmm?
I suppose it will always be such a mess because I am not too concerned with changing it..visit one of my other blogs!

Puddy. He is a love, and a roamer. These cats are sneaky rascals. They get around, Yesterday I saw my puddy run into my neighbors garage..I suspect that maybe those days when he was gone 13 hours, he may have been there closed up! Their cat was in our garage once, but not for so long.

This morning their cat was in my backyard (my Pudin had gone out earlier). I think this cat thought," hmm, he was in my garage yesterday, so I'll go to his yard this morning. Of course my cat was probably saying the same thing abut another cats yard.

Well I just got back , it seems from MO, and I leave again soon to go back for Crissmiss. It was so good seeing everyone!

Latte Stand at Pumpkin Patch in Snohomish

Well, here is another of our ,"unique," latte stands. This one of the pumpkin patches where I used to take Daisy to get pumpkins when she was a little girl. (Snohomish)

I almost cried remembering her taking me by the hand to stand over a large pumpkin while she asked is I would stay with it while she went to search for another one that might be bigger.

The pang hit my heart and stayed for hours.

This day there were only adults at the patch, it wasn't very exciting. But we got 5 pumpkins, a few were pie pumpkins.
Guess I have some carving to do!

They also sell 'pick' your own flowers.
These are the largest chenille plants I have ever seen!

...and they have an assortment of dahlias

Local Restaurant, The Tin Fish

Just up the hill from the ferry dock in Mukilteo and off the road a bit to the right going towards the ferry is The Tin Fish Restaurant. Steve Vincent is the owner, this is his photo at the restaurant.

I am on a two for one diet, meaning when I eat out, I just get one order and split it. When I ordered the fish special at the Tin Fish, I was surprised that we received two complete baskets, and with cole slaw to boot. And have more than enough to eat this way...see!

I recommend this restaurant, you get a lot for your money, and they are very friendly, too! Thanks Steve!

A land foggy and grey

....moist and beautiful; wild and scenic, sumptuous. Here, life should be lived to spend time in nature, not working some job that controls your time, and experience. I am for working 2 weeks and having 50 off! A change our country needs. Could WE go broke faster than the way our elected officials are breaking us? ~smiling~

JUST IN:
A tragic fire this morning destroyed the personal library of President George W. Bush. The fire began in the presidential bathroom, where both of the books were kept. Both have been lost. A spokesman said the president was devastated, as he had almost finished coloring the second one.

Long ago, ( before 1995) I claimed my names ,"nimbostratusdweller, and nimbostratusland to define life here in the Pacific NW. The north west and latte stands, inseperable:

for this is also "latteland," the home of Starbucks, but the original small stands are fun and inventive stands that many local people make their livings from in this area.

These places jazz up our lives with coffee and color, meetings with friends to sip the foamy brew, tell a few jokes...,and provoke imagination, too, as seen in these photos.
This one is closest to my house, so I almost always go here, or sometimes I use Starbucks in the other direction.

But....Lately I have been going to Snohomish where I get a 24 oz latte triple orange mocha for $2.00!
